Haydn Hirstine, President/CEO


Haydn received his Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and his MBA from Nova University - Friedt School of Business. His experience includes positions as Industrial Engineer, IBM Client Rep, IBM RS6000 Account Executive, Project Manager and Executive VP/Owner of an IBM Business Partner. In 2003 Haydn founded Paragon Solutions Group, Inc. - a Premier IBM Business Partner. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Open Door Ministries, the Board of Directors for Rocky Mountain Community Church, and the Board of Directors for EXCEL Wrestling.

David Foshe, CFO


David received his Bachelors of Business Administration from Iowa State University. He has a diverse financial background, having held various accounting/financial positions with such companies as IBP, Harris Ranch, Central Valley General Hospital, American Express, Cuna Mutual and American Republic Insurance Company.

Richie O'Neill, Executive Vice President - Northwest Region


Richie received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University. He has also completed Executive Management Education at Harvard and Boston University. During Richie's extensive carreer in the technology industry he has worked closely with customers in multiple industries to identify, evaluate, and justify solutions. Richie started his career with IBM as a systems engineer and then moved on to sales where he reached IBM’s highest level in sales and customer satisfaction when he was certified as a Client Executive. Richie then transferred to sales management and became Territory Manager where he managed the sales and service of five hardware, four software and four services brands. Prior to his career in technology he worked in the banking industry with focus on oil & gas lending. In 2006 Richie joined Paragon Solutions as the Executive Vice President in charge of sales, services and operations for Paragon’s Colorado office.

Chris Wolfe, Executive Vice President – Southwest Region


Chris received his BS degree in Economics and Finance from Texas A&M University. During a 13-year career with IBM, Chris worked in multiple areas of IBM’s business which included Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable, Operations Management, Sales and Sales Management. Most recently Chris was the IBM Southwest Area Sales Manager for System p working with customers in multiple industries to develop and sell value-add System p Solutions. Chris joined Paragon Solutions in August as Executive Vice President and is in charge of sales, services and operations for Paragon’s Texas office.

Erik Melander, Vice President of Services


Erik serves as Vice President of Services and is responsible for Paragon’s services, business development and delivery. Beginning his career contracting for IBM Global Services, Erik has worked in multiple industries as a technology principal and manager focusing on systems architecture and integration. Erik received degrees in biology and chemistry from Minnesota State University.
